It has been one party after another this whole week, and I am so proud of him! I am also so glad that Jason Castro got voted off Idol-I started thinking he was the one that was stoned not Paula. And I voted for Archuleta...I hope he wins, and I'm jealous that my bro and sis-in-law get to see him live at the JAZZ game tonight. He is singing the National Anthem...no fair! I want to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 Days Left to Go!

Well it's finally about here. Jared only has 5 days left of school. WOO-HOO! I have seriously contemplated a paper chain several times over the past 6 weeks just to help pass the time. However, we have survived! This has been the most stressful by far. Jared's boss pointed out a couple of weeks ago that according to pyschologists, Jared has at least 7 of the top ten stressors known to mankind happening all at the same time. So, this is why we (and definitly not he) haven't updated our blog for a month in case you were wondering:

New House (we finally closed and moved in last weekend in the midst of it all)

New Job (jared has been putting in about 60-65 hours/week between work and school to help get them through until he graduates)

Pregnant Wife with a blood dyscrasia (Yes-I am pregnant, just started month 4 we are way excited but nervous because of my 3 miscarriages, however, only 182.5 shots left to go!)

New Puppy (No explanation-we've had lots of discussions about her lately)

Graduating from Pharmacy School (Go Jared!)

New Contacts (No comment-he's lucky if he gets up on time to put them in)

7 Home Teaching Families (Jared is the only one (mostly) that goes in our ward)

Executive Secretary Duties (Appointment with the Bishop anyone?)

2 really HUGE assisgnments left to complete in the next 5 days!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS Jared for being such a stud muffin and thanks for putting up with me through it all! I love you!

Random Thoughts by Jill

I guess we bought a house. Jared and I have been in a tranz (don't know how to spell that) since last Thursday when we spent 4 hours just making an offer. Now, we've been going from person to person signing paper after paper...not really the fun part! We're still excited though. Jared started his last rotation today for the rest of our lives, and we're excited, but the next 6 weeks are still going to be rough. We were discussing today during our 15 minutes at home together how nice it will be for him to only have to work 40 hours/week and we're thinking it might be good not to worry about moving until after graduation. I seriously can't believe it's coming up so soon. It will be so rewarding for us to have a dishwasher (like I've taken any of the tests) :) HAHA! Oh - and a garage. I got way distracted at work today because my friend from high school e-mailed me about our 10 year class runion. Yeah, I had no idea about this website www.classreport.org it was so fun to read about everyone from high school and remember all the people we (meaning I-not Jared) toilet papered and prank called during those tender years. HA! Quite Fun! It will be fun to have a runion. American Idol was Awesome tonight! Though it was the first time I disagreed with Simon. I really thought David Archuleta's song was good. I liked it, and thought it seemed like a great high school..."Ah"...feel good song. It fit him too because he's only 17. I missed Ramielle's song and didn't hear what the judges said but I'm pretty sure she can't compare to Carrie Underwood-that was by far my favorite song from her. The Champion song made me like Austrailian boy for the first time, and I liked the Billy Jean thing. I still like Carly too, and hope that she doesn't get booted becuase she was in the bottom 3 last week, what was with the whole bathroom comment? I always way love Brooke...but lastly, Why is Kristy still in? I need to start voting, that was a good song, but she just BUGS me...oh and Jason does too along with his hair. OKAY!

House

Okay-first things first...I can't beleive that Kristy DIDN'T get voted off American Idol this week. I am glad Amanda went but thought for sure Kristy would go. So, Jared and I made an offer on a house last night. We can't believe it, well, I can't believe it. It's weird! But we're way excited. We are supposed to find out by Noon today if they accept or not. More to come later...the real estate agent was laughing because Jared told her, "All I want is a 3 car garage, dishwasher, and double sinks!" HA! This will be a step up from our apartment :) Here is a picture of itP.S. Here is a shout out to my big brother...HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRICK! Did you know that you share the same b-day as Benito Juarez? Everyone else was just kind of whatever, and, last but not least...
I HATE Jason's Hair-I swear there are bugs flying around it everytime he sings...
and probably even when he's not singing! GROSS! Oh, and his nose is weird.
Sarah and Mike-when you are two going to try out for American Idol? I would vote for you, and you would win together...as a couple!!!! OKAY!

August Rush

For all you band/music nerds out there. My Mom and Dad and I went to see August Rush yesterday. It was such a good movie. I highly recommend it, we started hearing how good it was, but didn't really remember or know what it was about. Here is the trailer but if you want to go see a good movie, watch August Rush!!!! I love the music in it!
